Hello Lovelies,
Simmone von Sydney Photography has moved to a new website!
I have spent the past few years working with multiple photography studios in the hopes of learning from how others approach their creative process in order to better my own craft. I have learnt so much on this journey, grown up so much both as a photographer and a woman, and have developed an even stronger passion for my art.
My new relaunched website and blog can be found at simmonevonsydney.photo. I can't wait to hear from you all and continue to share this amazing journey with you. After all, life is what you make it, and I make photographs and capture memories. I can't wait to capture yours!
Patrick and Meryl were married on a beautiful Fall day, October 27th at Ridley Creek Mansion which is such a gorgeous venue. What I love about Ridley Creek State Park is that it looks completely different depending on the season, but no matter what time of year, there is always amazing color and texture.
Patrick and Meryl had a heartfelt first look and ceremony, and their portraits are some of my favorite portraits of 2012. They ended the night with a rock-paper-scissors tournament and lots of board games for their guests to enjoy too.
Below are some of my favorites from their wedding day.
Matt and Dakota were married October 6th, at Tyler Arboretum. The venue was so fun and unique with so many great places to take pictures, it was such a dream to photograph. Not to mention, Matt and Dakota are an adorable couple who share such a beautiful, effortless love it was such an honor to be able to share in their special day.
Here are a few of my favorites from the day.

Eric & Michelle: Wedding at The Merion, Cinnaminson, NJ
Eric and Michelle were married on September 21st at The Merion, NJ. You may remember this devilishly handsome couple, from their engagement photographs I took a few months back.
They decided to do their 'first look' in Old City, which is without a doubt, my favorite part of Philadelphia to photograph because everywhere you look there is gorgeous texture and colors. They are both so natural together, and effortlessly in love, it really was a pleasure to work with them.
Eric and Michelle, thank you again for allowing me to be a part of your special day.
Erin is an absolute sweetheart and a talented model who I've been fortunate enough to work with on numerous occasions. I was incredibly excited when given the opportunity to photograph her wedding to the exceptionally handsome, Jon on August 18th at the Old York Country Club in New Jersey.
They both opted to see each other before the wedding, but with a twist! They were blindfolded first! And despite the forecast calling for some serious rain, the day greeted us with nothing but an abundance of sunshine. Below are a few of my favorites from their beautiful day.
Congratulations again Jon and Erin.
